The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
I had some discomfort with the small bathroom, which barely offered enough space to maneuver. The noise from passing trains was disruptive, especially since the train schedule was frequent, running every few minutes. Although I was provided with earplugs, they didn't fully block the sound, and I found it difficult to settle down at times.

Embracing the Train Sounds
The hotel’s unique location under the train tracks provided a fascinating experience. I woke up daily to a gentle rumble, which was surprisingly soothing. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room made my short stay enjoyable, and the staff was very accommodating, allowing me to leave my luggage even after checkout.
However, the frequency of the train noise might not be ideal for everyone. While they provided earplugs, it was still disruptive at times, especially if you needed absolute silence to rest. The small bathroom also presented some challenges when trying to get ready.

Noise from trains can be disruptive over longer stays!!! Concerns about safety due to corridor noise and multiple room entries!!! Lack of windows creates a claustrophobic feel without natural light!!!

Location was the highlight, just a short walk to Akihabara Station. The room provided good modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. Despite being really compact, it was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The noise from the nearby subway was noticeable, especially with trains running from 6am to 10pm, but it didn't disrupt my sleep much after getting used to it. Waking up to the rhythmic sounds of the trains was interesting. However, the bathroom was pretty cramped. my partner, being over 6 feet tall, had a tough time maneuvering in the tight space. The shower and sink situation was awkward, with the sink half in the bathtub. The small trashcan in the room was also inconvenient, requiring us to dispose of rubbish elsewhere. Staff were polite and the café in the lobby served decent food, a nice perk when relaxing. All things considered, it’s a solid choice for a brief stay if you value location over spaciousness.

This place was a great fit for a short stay in Tokyo with fantastic value. The bathroom accommodated my height nicely, which isn’t common elsewhere. Bring earplugs if you're light-sensitive to train sounds.

The unique location under the tracks provided a one-of-a-kind experience, with the soothing sounds of passing trains adding a charm to the stay. Being a short walk from the metro made it easy to explore the area, with plenty of dining options and charming spots like maid cafes nearby. However, the amenities could use improvement, as the staff seemed undertrained and the atmosphere lacked a bit of warmth. Fresh pastries were a delightful touch during breakfast, but overall, the service did not meet expectations.
